Rocket Two In One Ltd Refund Policy
We will offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it in.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email to [email protected]
Partial refunds maybe granted
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned after 30 days from date of purchase and delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your item is approved for a refund or partial refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund within 7 to10 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
Please contact us for a delivery address for any returns.
You will be responsible for the cost of the courier for returning non-warranty products.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
